What is fractional marketing leadership?

You're landing executive cannabis marketing talent, with all of the skills and "been-there-done-that" experience to take on a senior leadership role. I will utilize the efficiencies I've learned throughout my career so I can lead as if I'm full-time. And your commitment is a fraction of what it would be if you were to onboard a proper full-time CMO.

Why me?

With 7 years of cannabis marketing experience at a senior leadership level (and 20+ years of overall marketing experience), I have the solutions for your challenges and I work at your pace - hovering somewhere around ludicrous speed. And specifically in cannabis, I've developed a playbook, which means I can onboard quickly with your team and identify gaps, build the team structure & process, and hand off a custom-fitted marketing playbook that helps achieve your revenue goals.

How will we engage?

We will discuss and agree to a scope of work, as well as a monthly retainer fee. We'll also outline KPI's, timelines, and all other necessary details. I will (quickly) collaborate with the rest of your leadership team so we hit the ground running. Hiring fractional marketing leadership is not the same as getting a marketing consultant. I will dive into all of your marketing challenges at a leadership level. Let's do this!
